Supporting our local communities in 2022
At Navico Group, we encourage our employees around the world to take some time to support local communities and personal causes, whether in the community in which we live and work or elsewhere in the world.
All employees, including salaried, salaried non-exempt and hourly employees, have the equivalent of one day off with pay per calendar year to support a charity, environmental or social cause of their choice.
Many employees use this day to team up with their site colleagues and clean their local parks, beaches and waterways.
Here are some examples of our volunteering activities and events carried out at our different communities around the globe:
Beach Cleanup at Tres Emes in Ensenada, B. C., Mexico (2022)
